In the rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country
A gathering place for family and friends
A gathering place for family and friends
Paso Robles is a world away from our busy daily lives but just a few hours drive from Los Angeles or San Francisco and offers some of the most unspoiled, inspiring, natural beauty found anywhere.

Friends gather, laugh, play and make memories together. Sometimes striving to grill the perfect meal. Other times just building a jigsaw puzzle next to the fireplace, on a cold winter's day.
A hike or a bike ride is a great way to start your day. So is yoga in a secluded part of the forest. After a day of wine and food tasting at nearby wineries, friends can unwind on a private deck or at one of several comfortable sitting areas under a shaded canopy of oak trees. Sunsets are best viewed from the top of the property overlooking the Santa Lucia mountain range that separates us from Hearst Castle. Dinner can be enjoyed at the dining patio, followed by star gazing and conversations that last long into the night.
Lots of decks and chairs, benches and swings. We often sit quietly and let the deer and turkeys get comfortable with our presence in their neighborhood.
The Mountain View Lookout tells most of the story in it's name. There are views of distant vineyards and thousands of oaks covering the facing mountains. Future plans will be sure to include special destinations all around the property. Mountain View Lookout is destined to become a favorite.
Thomas, a third generation beekeeper, from Sierra Honey Farm is an amazing human who thoughtfully manages the 144 bee hives he keeps at the property. The result is the most delicious pure honey you will ever taste. We are blessed to have Thomas and the bees at Camp Robinson.
Long days of work, fun, or both usually wrap up at the dining patio, next to a gigantic wood burning grill where stories are told and laughter fills the night air.
At several spots around the property, we built these oversize lavender lifeguard chairs to create destinations for taking in the views, reading a book, or meditating.
Jerry, part time ranch dog and deer herder, is pictured on the lower right.
With absolutely NO light pollution, the star gazing reminds us our minuscule place in the universe.
These dramatic star-scapes are a reminder of why we need to take ourselves out of the city to recharge.
